Website Ecosystem for a Group of Creative Companies
ANDUS Group (AUG) is the most awarded independent creative group in the MENA region — spanning branding, advertising, social, and museums. B2X Software engineered three connected Webflow websites: the AUG corporate platform at andus.group, the branding agency No One at no-one.design, and the advertising agency And Us at andus.agency. Working from Illustrator designs supplied by the in-house team, we delivered pixel-perfect implementation, a library of custom components for sliders and motion Webflow doesn't ship, a deep CMS for fast publishing, and centralized video on Cloudflare Stream.

Challenge
Implementing three brand-defining websites that work as one creative ecosystem
A creative group operates under a paradox that few other industries face. Each agency inside the group has to feel uncompromisingly independent — its own voice, its own visual language, its own work-first identity — because clients hire agencies for distinction, not for sameness. At the same time, the group itself has to feel like a coherent platform — one where the corporate parent, the branding agency, and the advertising agency reinforce each other rather than dilute each other.
That paradox shaped the engagement. ANDUS Group’s in-house design team supplied three fully resolved design systems — one per site — built in Adobe Illustrator down to the typographic detail. The implementation brief was demanding in a way that creative-industry projects always are: pixel-perfect fidelity to the supplied designs, no shortcuts on typography or spacing, and zero loss of visual quality between the Illustrator artboards and the live Webflow build.
Four constraints shaped the technical brief
At the same time, the designs themselves pushed Webflow past what the platform supports natively. Each site called for custom-built sliders, scroll-driven interactions, animated wordmarks, and motion sequences that simply do not exist as Webflow primitives. The work also had to scale operationally — the group’s small in-house team needed to publish new case studies, add clients, manage team members, and ship news across three sites without engineering involvement for everyday updates.
01
Three distinct, fully resolved design systems. Each site arrives as its own Illustrator-authored brand expression and had to be implemented with full fidelity, not normalized into a shared template.
02
Heavy non-standard interactivity. The designs called for sliders, carousels, and motion patterns that Webflow does not support natively — meaning a substantial amount of custom component work in JavaScript and CSS on top of the Webflow project.
03
A deep, operationally fast CMS layer. The in-house team had to publish new work, add new clients, manage team profiles, and ship news entries across three sites in minutes — which required a thoughtful CMS architecture, not a default Webflow setup.
04
Heavy video content across all three sites. Creative work is shown through full-bleed video loops, case-study reels, and campaign films — a media profile that required a centralized, performant solution rather than three disconnected video pipelines.

Solution
Pixel-perfect implementation of the supplied brand designs
We worked from Illustrator design files supplied by ANDUS Group’s in-house design team — one fully resolved system per site, including typography specifications, color tokens, spacing systems, hover states, motion notes, and responsive intent. Our role was to translate each of those design systems into a production Webflow build with no loss of fidelity between the Illustrator source and the live site. Every interaction, every layout, every type ramp, every pixel of spacing was implemented as the designers specified it.

Solution
Custom Webflow Development — a library of components Webflow doesn’t ship
This was the single largest engineering investment in the project. The supplied designs called for interactions that Webflow does not support out of the box — non-standard sliders, scroll-driven storytelling, animated wordmarks, custom video carousels with industry tagging, press-quote scroll experiences with synchronized media, and motion sequences that simply do not exist as Webflow primitives. None of these are problems Webflow templates solve. Every one of them required custom JavaScript and CSS components, written to integrate cleanly into the Webflow project, hook into the CMS data layer, and stay editable by the in-house team without breaking on the next CMS update.

Solution
Webflow CMS Development — built for fast publishing across three sites
The CMS work in this project was substantial — arguably the largest day-two investment after the custom component library. The ANDUS Group team is small, and they had to be able to publish a new case study, add a new client, update a team profile, or ship a news entry across three sites in minutes, not hours. A default Webflow CMS setup would have made that operationally painful. We designed a deep, deliberate CMS architecture per site, tuned to how each agency actually presents its work and how the in-house team actually operates day to day.
A connected creative ecosystem ready to scale with the group
The three Webflow sites launched as the digital foundation of ANDUS Group and now operate as the primary representation of the platform to clients, talent, and the international creative-industry press. The implementation delivers measurable outcomes across five dimensions:
Design fidelity at production scale: each of the three sites holds the supplied Illustrator design system in full — typography, spacing, motion, hover states, responsive behavior — with no loss of quality between the design source and the live build. The visual distinction between No One, And Us, and AUG is preserved exactly as the design team intended.
A custom component library that goes well beyond Webflow defaults: the sliders, scroll-driven storytelling components, animated wordmarks, video carousels, and motion micro-interactions across the three sites were built specifically for this project — and now stand as the engineering foundation that allows ANDUS Group to deliver creative-industry-grade interactivity without the operational cost of a fully custom-coded site.
Centralized video infrastructure: every video across the three sites lives on a single Cloudflare Stream account. The team uploads once, references everywhere, and benefits from adaptive-bitrate playback, global edge caching, and unified cost — instead of running three disconnected CDN pipelines.
