Garaji is an automotive marketplace that connects car owners with service workshops, facilitating efficient maintenance and repair solutions through a user-friendly online platform.

The Challenge

Premium on-demand car service platform

The product was called to address the challenge of connecting premium car owners with trusted garages for maintenance and repairs, enabling users to browse and compare garage ratings, check real-time availability, and view prices. After booking a service customer’s car is picked up at selected time by a driver or a tow truck, depending on customer’s preference.

Solution

We developed in total 5 applications and a back end

To streamline operations for both car owners and garages, three dedicated iOS applications were developed using Angular and Ionic an iPhone app for customers, an iPhone app for car drivers and an iPad app for garages. The Customer app allowed users to easily browse services, compare garages, check availability, and book appointments. The Garage app enabled service providers to manage bookings, track customer requests, and update service status in real-time. A Node.js backend ensured secure data handling and smooth app performance, while an Angular-based Admin app provided the client with full control over platform management.

On average, car owners reduced service search and booking time by 70%, from 2+ hours to under 30 minutes. The platform featured over 50 verified garages, offering more than 50 types of services across 12 cities. 83% of users reported higher satisfaction with service selection and booking compared to traditional methods (e.g., calls, Google search).
Partner garages reported a 35% increase in monthly bookings within the first 3 months of joining. On average, garages saved up to 10 hours per week on manual booking and customer communication. 60% of new customers found the garage through the platform, improving overall customer acquisition cost (CAC) by 40%.
